I am a military spouse and we have moved multiple times this year. I ordered some Nuuds and got my addresses mixed up and although it was totally my fault Nuuds totally refunded me and thy were the kindest with their customer service. I was truly blown away especially because why happened was totally on me. They went above and beyond and were gracious and kind. This customer service is what keeps me loyal to the brand/company!
