I had an issue with one of my pajama sets shrinking in the wash, despite following the proper care instructions. I’ve bought numerous PJ sets and have never had this happen. When I reached out to customer support, they immediately responded and helped take care of the situation. I felt very taken care of and am so appreciative of the customer support I received. I will forever be a customer because of my experience.
I am a military spouse and we have moved multiple times this year. I ordered some Nuuds and got my addresses mixed up and although it was totally my fault Nuuds totally refunded me and thy were the kindest with their customer service. I was truly blown away especially because why happened was totally on me. They went above and beyond and were gracious and kind. This customer service is what keeps me loyal to the brand/company!
Nuuds has the absolute best customer service! I mean the clothing is so great too, but if anything happens and you find yourself needing to talk to someone at nuuds they get back to you so quick and are the nicest people. Great Job Nuuds Team! I ordered during a recent go-live drop and struggled to decide what size to order (I am just shy of 20 weeks pregnant). I emailed the team in hopes they could update my order as I accidentally purchased the wrong size and was more focused on getting my order in. Not only were they able to quickly help, Pearl was personable in her response and sympathized being human. I have followed Nuuds team online since it launched, but only recently became a customer and can say I respect the team behind the company. Excited to get my items and become a lifer as well! I don't even know where to start! I finally decided to order three destination sets in different colors. I was so thrilled that I forgot to use my first-time discount code. After placing my order, I contacted the support team, and they promptly applied the discount for me! The service was quick, personal, and hassle-free. The customer support is truly exceptional. The sets are for myself and my two daughters. We all fit perfectly in the small size; I'm 5'3”, my oldest is 5'7”, and my youngest is 5'5” and 18 weeks pregnant. We all adore the sets and appreciate the comfort and fit! Now, I need to order another small for my 82-year-old mother, who saw us wearing them at Christmas and absolutely loved them!
