It took an excessively long time from order to delivery—two weeks. I ordered on December 7th for my daughter's birthday on December 20th, but it didn’t arrive until December 22nd. Once the item reached the UK, delivery was prompt, but the packaging indicated it came from a distant location. I paid extra for insurance, but the garment was of low quality and overpriced. I won't purchase from them again since the item was not worth the cost, and returning it isn't worth it as return postage isn't refunded. Please steer clear—the item was worse than a cheap imitation.
