The product was unsatisfactory. The return process is unrealistic as you have to pay for both shipping and customs fees to return it to the original location. The quality of the item is disappointing. The company offers low-quality products.
It took an excessively long time from order to delivery—two weeks. I ordered on December 7th for my daughter's birthday on December 20th, but it didn’t arrive until December 22nd. Once the item reached the UK, delivery was prompt, but the packaging indicated it came from a distant location. I paid extra for insurance, but the garment was of low quality and overpriced. I won't purchase from them again since the item was not worth the cost, and returning it isn't worth it as return postage isn't refunded. Please steer clear—the item was worse than a cheap imitation.
This is a fraud. I purchased a sensory swing for a toddler, and it doesn't resemble the advertisement or image at all. Responses are delayed or nonexistent. They request photos and detailed explanations for returns. A complete scam—item shipped from an obscure location. Do not purchase children's products from this site.
They don't deserve any stars; it's a scam. Don't buy anything here—updates on shipping are very slow, and they will eventually inform you about a lost order. Then they expect you to purchase something similar in price because their return policy doesn't allow returns without a physical item. If the order is lost in transit, you won’t get a refund. Stay away; it's risky!
We have reached out to the company twice to return our purchase, but have yet to receive a response! It's impossible to return something to the original location within 14 days. We contacted them within 2 days of receiving our order for assistance with the return—this business is not reliable. Avoid purchasing anything here!
