We're really pleased with our chiller. The cold plunges are an excellent health tool. We took additional measures to keep the water clean, such as adding a separate filter with a UV light to eliminate bacteria. We also periodically scrub the inner surfaces lightly with a dobie pad and use a fine mesh net to remove any floating debris. These steps help maintain the water's cleanliness for a longer time. We recommend the tub over the pod since you can stretch out comfortably in the tub. After making these adjustments, the product has been serving us well.
