I love my red light mat. The only reason I’m giving 4 ⭐️ is because it arrived with a faulty plug. However, I emailed customer service and they responded the same day with an apology and a quick remedy to resolve the issue. They shipped a new plug out immediately.
Due to the high demand for the new red light mat I’ve yet to receive it for maybe another week or so but the communication between the customer service department and me is exceptional, not sure it it’s AI or human as I always have a name on the correspondence and really don’t care because I get a honest answer
CAUTION: NO REFUND POLICY! We bought our chiller in December 2025 and it arrived promptly. It functioned well, which isn't the problem. After some research, I believed that cold therapy would alleviate my lower back issue, but it actually worsened it, and after about two and a half weeks, we can no longer use it. I thought returns were allowed within 30 days, but the fine print states this applies only to unopened and unused items, and you are responsible for shipping costs. I can understand the limitations on tubing and pump attachments, which are minimal. However, the main expense is the chiller motor box, and it should definitely be returnable. After reviewing several opinions, I can confirm their customer service deserves zero stars. There's no option to speak to a representative via email or text. They replied to one email with a generic apology, stating they could do nothing unless the product was malfunctioning, and they never addressed my text. It's quite concerning how they manage their operations.
I wish I could give zero stars. On December 31, 2025, they charged my account. By January 3, 2026, I was informed they ran out of stock and wouldn’t have more for 12-18 days. I requested a cancellation and refund on January 6, 2025, but they offered me $75 back instead, which I declined. They then proposed $80, but I reiterated my request for a cancellation and refund. This morning, I was told my order hadn't been fulfilled and that I could get a cancellation and refund. However, later today, I received an email stating my order had shipped, with a UPS label created after 3:00 PM despite being told I'd get my cancellation by 8:00 AM. I plan to return the item as soon as it arrives, assuming they respond quickly enough to meet the return window. I cannot recommend this company at all due to their poor customer service.
We are really pleased with our chiller. The cold plunges provide excellent health benefits. We took additional measures to maintain water cleanliness, such as using a separate filter equipped with a UV light to eliminate bacteria. Occasionally, we lightly scrub the inner surfaces with a dobie pad whenever it feels a bit slimy, and we use a fine mesh net to remove any floating debris. These practices help keep the water clean for an extended period. We recommend choosing the tub over the pod because it allows for more space to stretch out. After making these adjustments, the product performs exceptionally well for us.

My experience with the company has been outstanding. I own both the Red Light Therapy Mat and the Chiller, and I've benefitted greatly from both. The interactions I've had with customer service have been excellent. I've been able to communicate with their representatives quickly and effectively, and my questions and concerns have been addressed promptly. I had a terrible experience with this company! I purchased a chiller and the pump failed within two weeks. After two weeks of trying to reach a real person, all I got was AI responses with no solutions. The website and social media show glowing reviews, but deeper research reveals a very different story. It seems this company does not care about its customers and has no intention of improving. I suggest looking elsewhere for similar products that value customer service.
