Be aware if you order this product, take it out of the box and assemble it and it doesn’t work, they will NOT refund you as they consider it “used” after water is run through it. How you would ever know if it works without filling it and turning it on is beyond me. Nothing delivered unusable should be considered used. Nobody stepped a toe in this thing because … it doesn’t work. We paid $750 for this product (on sale) at the end of July and cannot even use it, or get refunded. They offered to send replacement parts which were slow to come and did not fix the issue. “Customer Service” (lack thereof) is wildly slow as well. If you’re desperate to lose space in your trashcan and also throw away $750.. Nuvio is your brand!
