I have been dealing with the “support team” and it took them 4 days to respond originally to my frustration of not receiving the accessory bundle I had purchased with it and then 5 hours later after I had set it up, it hadn’t dropped the temperature more than 1 degree, so I wrote another email requesting a new one as this one must’ve been defective. Which took them another day (5 days) to respond too. By this time I had packed it up and was ready to take the “L” and move on. Finally when I got the email about the accessory bundle I responded to it stating I had a non functioning device and didn’t want the accessory bundle anymore, which their response was “oh, we shipped it already”, didn’t provide a tracking number and then started asking for videos or photos of how I had it setup. I already packed it up, now I have to unpack it and set it up again to what? I set it up exactly as the setup instructions stated. And to add to that, their social media and website clearly has photos of setups that in no way follow these setup instructions, leaving 20 cm or 20 inches clear around the device for “smooth air”… yes that’s what the caution sticker states on the device, clearly translated to English from another language. Lots of poor wording and steps in the instructions and on the device. Stay clear, the return policy is for a non-used/unopened device and you have to pay for the shipping, so take that little info into account for anyone who likes to buy a product to not try it out and just wants to support the post office. POD chiller at least says you can use the device and return it in condition if you don’t like it. These guys are like, thanks for the money now we will respond when we feel like it, and if you don’t respond within a few days to us, we will close your ticket. Emails from support were also sent out Saturday night, 5 pm Hawai’i time. Almost as if they wanted the best chance of it being overlooked by me. Now I have to chuck this thing away. So I’d stay clear unless you have $600 to gamble with and don’t mind losing and supporting a company that just slaps a sticker on a Chinese made product and advertise it with fake stats. If you watch their videos it’s obvious too me now that they chilled the water with the giants amount of ice they bought and then filmed it as if the product works as advertised.
