I received my Chiller Pro on September 4, 2025. After setting it up and turning it on, it leaks badly from the hose that connects the pump into the chiller. Today is September 20, and I have been attempting to contact them to process a replacement since September 5. They provide no phone number and only give you an email address, number to text, and an online form submission. I have tried all three contact methods multiple times with no response. I have contacted them on Facebook and Instagram with no response. I am now discovering that it’s not just me experiencing this, but instead it is a recurring problem with them. There is no customer service available. Do not buy from them unless they get this resolved.
