Customer service is actually greatI have read that customer service sucks, I have had the opposite experience, they have been so good, every issue I have had they have taken care of. The issues have largely been my fault, such as an incorrect order, but they have resolved it. They are very responsive. I give their customer service an A+, so far I give the chiller an A-minus. Doesn't cool as fast as they say, but it does get the water to a consistent 45 degrees (takes about 12 hours), but I'm also in a very hot climate.
