Because of the size of our Roman tub it takes over two days to reach the desired temperature. I have no use for this and I have already boxed it up perfectly in the box it was shipped in. Like I said before, since this chiller does not meet my needs because my Roman tub is so large, I will post negative reviews on every website including the better business bureau and retaining an attorney for restrictive, difficult, or unfair return policies for a chiller that obviously does not meet my needs. It takes over two days to get to my desired temperature! My order number is 23383
