Disappointed After Initial PerformanceThe unit worked well for the first few months, but then it began taking 6–8 hours just to get cold—far from the quick cooling it originally promised. By month six, water started pouring out of the equipment. Thankfully, my wife caught it in time to prevent serious damage.I contacted customer support and even sent a video showing the issue, but because it was just past the six-month warranty, they refused to offer a replacement. Instead, they tried to upsell me on a new unit—something I found extremely frustrating and unprofessional.For a premium-priced product, I expected better reliability and customer care. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this based on my experience.
