I originally wanted to order 1 pillow then like a dumb as I changed order to 2 pillows. I emailed well over 10 times & called for order to be canceled. Got charged $142. Received 3 pillows & 2 pillow cases. When finally got ahold of their "customer service", I asked to talk to supervisor. Was told wasn't one there. Asked to be transferred to shipping dept, was told couldn't do that. The next day, I shipped it through FedEx. Cost me $56 to ship it back to them. So essentially, I'm out $200 for crap don't even have. Nothing was opened in box. They've had their product back since Dec 1, 2025. As of Jan 20 still no refund. I'm calling Better Business Bureau to see if they can get refund back.
