Review Time
Pillow seen ok for a while. Then side of head and ear pain laying hour or more on side. There is no air flow in pillow becomes hot laying on it in time .
Ordered shredded gel memory foam from Ebay and pulled big pillow out and replaced it with foam. OK now to sleep on.
I absolutely love these pillows. I would recommend to any and everyone. I constantly had neck stiffness and aches. Since using Nuzzle pillows, I don't suffer with that anymore. I also had a hard time staying asleep at night due to turning and tossing. Now I tend to sleep through the night with minimal turning and tossing. I have purchased so many pillows trying to find one I like. So glad I purchased these pillows. I just ordered 2 more today.

I recieved what was ordered at price quoted. Was quite sceptical with it being so poofy. I thought, How is that going to work? But woke up and for the first time in months, my neck and shoulder did NOT ache as always. Granted was first nite but sure glad I ordered!!
Just completed my 4th night with a Nuzzle Pillow. Every morning I woke up on a FLAT PILLOW. NO BETTER THAN THE REST. I have now ordered another set of pillows thru Amazon, which I should have done in this case. I want to return and get a full refund, but my hopes are not high. I will let you know later what happens when I contact Customer Service. Wish me luck!
This company would not cancel my order and then when they finally got back with me to tell me where I could return it to they did not give me my full price back!!! They are thievesThey not only charge you for shipping it to you they make you pay the shipping back. Unless you are sure that you want this product don’t even bother doing it online. I cannot recommend this company. I am sending them an item that has never been opened and they’re not giving me my money back.
Pillow has done nothing too improve my neck pain. Have been using the soft one because the hard one is too,hard. Pillow is too small and goes flat .Needs constant fluffing. Sorry I bought it. I really do believe your reviews are fake and your just ripping people off. Been using it for 2 weeks.
Pillow simply did not work for me personally. Support made several suggestions which I followed to no avail. But had to insist on a full refund which was granted EXCEPT I’m expected to pay for the return. I’ve seen free return comments on their website but this wasn’t how they crafted their “risk free” trial. So beware as these are heavy and UPS:FedEx/USPS makes it difficult to recoup your purchase. a 40% partial refund ( second offer mind you) still leaves you in the hole on this “risk free” offer whether you accept it or send it back at your expense.
