I don't understand how anyone who actually slept with a Nuzzle pillow could give it less than 4 stars. I'm a side-sleeper that moves back and forth quite a bit, but tend to favor resting more on my left. I think it's because years ago I read that lying on your right side is unhealthy, as it puts pressure on critical organs. [Look it up!]Getting back to the rating; I didn't care much for both linings, as it makes the pillow too big and thick. This is not even healthy as it breaks the horizontal alignment of your neck. Once I removed the smaller/thinner lining, it was perfect. With just the one bigger lining, I give it 5 stars!
