Ordered a puffa jacket in September for my daughter for Christmas (thinking ahead and budgeting in advance). Item arrived in good time, I was happy with the quality when I checked it so I put it away. Daughter was really happy but, within 3 weeks of wearing it one of the press studs came off one of the sleeves. I emailed NVLTY to see if they could supply a replacement stud or advise and was told point blank that they couldn't and because of the length if time I'd had the jacket there was nothing they could do. Personally I think this is pretty poor service, nothing like going above and beyond for your customers.. not what I expected and I wouldn't recommend.
