AWFUL customer service…would not help me to resolve a lost order. Royal Mail said that as the sender they needed to contact them but NVLTY refused and had told me there’s nothing they can do.
Will be disputing with my bank and will not use this company again. DO NOT recommend.

My order was placed on the 28th January…

My order was placed on the 28th January 2026 it was placed before the cut of date for next day delivery which I paid for we are now on the 3rd of February my items haven’t dispatched and I have no update I want my money back now as you’ve failed to deliver my item within the time it was promised this company is so frustrating to deal with

Poor quality and poor customer service

Ordered a puffa jacket in September for my daughter for Christmas (thinking ahead and budgeting in advance). Item arrived in good time, I was happy with the quality when I checked it so I put it away. Daughter was really happy but, within 3 weeks of wearing it one of the press studs came off one of the sleeves. I emailed NVLTY to see if they could supply a replacement stud or advise and was told point blank that they couldn't and because of the length if time I'd had the jacket there was nothing they could do. Personally I think this is pretty poor service, nothing like going above and beyond for your customers.. not what I expected and I wouldn't recommend.

Waiting 11 days for my order just to find out it’s lost in transit, requesting a refund now Nev is prolonging refund process…Very bad service experience & wouldn’t recommend buying if your not based in uk.

Wrong item sent still awaiting exchange

Wrong item sent (both size and colour) and the returns process has been really painful. Waiting over a month for the exchange that has been promised. AVOID!

I ordered for jeans and it showed it was very much available. After waiting for long , they now sent me an email that it was out of stock and I had to get another one to replace. I feel this just wastes time and it’s very annoying

Ordered over £80 worth of products that qualified for next day delivery. Took over a week to deliver half the item which was a matching set. No indication on when the order will be fully delivered. Slow communication
