I am incredibly disappointed with my purchase as I have received a coat that was faulty, this was a gift for a loved one and unfortunately he has used this coat and due to the stitching fault in the pocket my loved one not only has a faulty piece of clothing/gift but has also lost fifty pounds due to him placing money in said pocket that his money has fell out due to the wrong stitching.I want a full refund as this is unacceptable as not only was this expensive item which I assumed the quality would be to a certain standard, my love one has lost money on top of this faulty item.
