Company could not supply reserved vehicle on the day. The replacement was so late we lost a day of rental.on return the van was also late being inked after several delays. The company rep had no company I.D. , took keys then made an inspection without informing us to accompany him. We then had £90 taken from our deposit for supposed dog hair in one of the door wells. Repeated calls to customer service were unanswered. It then took nearly 6 weeks to get the remainder of our money back.in conclusions if you want to wait all day for delivery and collection, if you are ok to have some of your deposit taken under a pretext, and if you are ok to wait a month and a half for your deposit back then hire their vans otherwise steer clear.
