WARNING: Issues with Refunds and Customer Support. This service has been quite problematic. After canceling my booking, I was promised a refund within 28 days. However, 40 days later, nothing had occurred. I reached out multiple times via email regarding my reservations and customer support but received no replies. I also tried calling their support number numerous times, but no one answered. Ultimately, after reading some reviews online, I sent a final email mentioning legal action in the subject line, which finally elicited a response and resulted in receiving my money back.
