Awful service. Communication was terrible; I was promised callbacks multiple times, but neither the company nor the service delivered. The oil delivery was delayed by SIX days, even though we had requested cancellation from both the service provider and the supplier. They still went ahead with the delivery, which was frustrating since we had to rely on an emergency supplier. Overall, very poor service; I suggest going directly to a supplier and avoiding this option.
