I sent review through then on trust pilot getting standard AI reply please email them back with account no etc which I did as yet still no reply did try to call them again 3/4 times as thought give NWF a chance again still no answer on phones so decision made have now definitely moved my heating oil and red diesel to new supplier but just to confirm staff have always been ok just not enough of them maybe staff retention is a issue then someone at board level needs to ask why
Yet again terrible customer service nobody answers phones then when you eventually place order very rarely arrives on arranged days just really would not recommend this company shame really as have been a customer for over 20yrs with Ribble fuels which was a good supplier but all that changed when NWF BOUGHT THEM OUT very rarely same drivers
This is an update to my previous review. Unfortunately, despite two additional email and phone assurances for fuel delivery, the 13th (14th was completely ignored) and this morning, there was still no sign of fuel by midday, leading to yet another phone call. We were reassured that our delivery was on schedule and had a note attached to avoid postponements due to prior delays. By 3:30 PM, my husband became quite upset and called the service directly, where he was finally informed that "fuel supplies were low," causing the delivery delays. Why not be upfront about this from the beginning? Additionally, it is frustrating to receive repeated promises for delivery dates when they are clearly not going to be met. This just leads to customer dissatisfaction and heightened tensions. Strangely, after my husband's call, our fuel was delivered, and the driver was supposedly directed to our address. Oddly, throughout my conversations, the service claimed they had no way to contact drivers. It’s clear we will seek other options for our domestic fuel needs in the future.

The oil delivery was delayed by SIX days despite our cancellation request from both the provider and the supplier. They opted to proceed with the delivery anyway, which was frustrating as we had to turn to an emergency supplier. Overall, very poor service; I recommend going directly to a supplier and avoiding this option.

The ordering and delivery process was smooth. However, I faced an issue with payment. Since I don’t have an account, I was required to pay upfront. It wasn't clear that this amount would be pending until the following day. I received an email invoice for the amount I thought I had already paid.
