Evesons Fuels Kenilworth ( part of NWF) were due to supply 1500 litres heating fuel as supplier to Boiler Juice (also see shockingly bad review of their offering)....On delivery due date ( after a TWO WEEK) lead time, they explicitly confirmed both to myself and to Boiler Juice that the oil was on the tanker and would " definitely" be delivered that afternoon. No delivery.Same declaration and same end result the following day.On the third day, oil was finally delivered.I told the driver I'd wasted two and a half days of my life sat awaiting a delivery on the basis of the complete fabrication by the office staff.Interestingly, he confirmed that buying group orders would be pushed back on any given day by emergency or repeat orders to direct customers.I will never buy from a buying group or from Eversons again.
