We have not bought heating oil from Bassett Fuels (now part of NWF Fuels Ltd.) for a few years, so thought we would give them another try. Big mistake.
They were responsible for multiple failings all the way from initially taking the order to the final oil delivery. Their sales operation is disorganised and customer service is poor (although they were not rude).
I cannot understand how companies like this can remain in business in the current economic climate.
