My experience was disappointing due to a lack of communication. I was promised callbacks several times, but neither the company nor the service followed through. The oil delivery was delayed by SIX days despite our cancellation request from both the provider and the supplier. They opted to proceed with the delivery anyway, which was frustrating as we had to turn to an emergency supplier. Overall, very poor service; I recommend going directly to a supplier and avoiding this option.
