By the time I sought an alternative route, there were many others waiting at the stop. I later discovered that roadworks had diverted all the buses. Is it too much to ask for the company to inform passengers about diversions and non-operational stops? I finally made it to my appointment in Sutton Coldfield, albeit 15 minutes late due to this terrible service.
