This is undoubtedly the most disappointing bus service I have ever experienced. It's hard to believe they are still in operation. The fares are excessive, and the buses are consistently late. I waited for the 63, which never arrived, forcing me to take the 61, which was also delayed. Consequently, I was very late for work. The company must address these issues and consider hiring someone capable of managing operations more efficiently and offering better pricing.
This is truly the worst bus service I have ever encountered. It's absurd that they continue to operate. The buses are overpriced and always late. I waited for the 63, which never showed up, forcing me to take the 61 instead, which was also running late. I arrived significantly late for work. The company needs serious improvements and someone who can manage operations better at more reasonable prices.
The bus services are completely ineffective. The number 6 route is particularly problematic. This evening, while waiting for the last bus from Solihull to Birmingham, the bus arrived but was displaying an out-of-service sign. I assumed it would depart soon, but just two minutes before its scheduled departure, the driver left without picking up any passengers, returning to the garage. I've heard the contract is changing soon, and that’s a relief. Buses should be publicly owned and accountable.
I had a terrible experience with the service. The drivers exhibit attitude issues, and there's no heating while they enjoy their comfortable cabins. The buses are frequently late or canceled, and fare evasion happens daily. I pay a substantial amount for my monthly travel.
This dreadful company requires urgent attention. After waiting thirty minutes for a bus to Sutton Coldfield from New Oscott, I realized something was wrong as multiple buses should have arrived. By the time I sought an alternative route, there were many others waiting at the stop. I later discovered that roadworks had diverted all the buses. Is it too much to ask for the company to inform passengers about diversions and non-operational stops? I finally made it to my appointment in Sutton Coldfield, albeit 15 minutes late due to this terrible service.
This service is awful. I was waiting for the 79 at Trous Lane heading to West Brom, but the driver completely ignored me and drove past, despite the bus not being full. He even looked at me but chose not to stop. What is wrong with these drivers?
