I ordered a pair of shoes on December 5th, which were marked as delivered on January 2nd, but I never received them. When I reached out to customer support, they told me it was marked delivered and to check my mailbox again. I live in an apartment complex, and if I had received a package, I would have been given a key for the package mailbox since it wouldn't fit in my regular mailbox. The delivery service seemed to have transported my package back and forth multiple times before marking it as delivered. Now, they are unwilling to refund me or send a replacement.
