Overcharged and Poor Customer Service

I was purchasing a shirt and pants that came to $85, but my card was charged $120. I reached out via email to express my concern, and all they offered was a 50% discount on my next order. I chose to cancel and request a full refund instead. This feels very untrustworthy, and I'm relieved I didn't finalize the purchase after hearing others say the quality is far from what was advertised.

Delivery Troubles

I ordered a pair of shoes on December 5th, and they were marked as delivered on January 2nd, but I never got them. When I reached out to customer service, they insisted it was marked delivered and told me to check my mailbox again. I live in an apartment complex, and if I had received a package, I would have been given a key for the package mailbox. It seems the delivery service sent my package back and forth multiple times before marking it as delivered. Now, they refuse to issue a refund or send a replacement.

Disappointing Quality After a Few Months

I purchased a t-shirt a few months ago, and initially, everything was great; the fit was good, and the design was appealing. However, just a few months later, the shirt has developed numerous holes, and the seams are coming apart. I take great care of my clothes and haven't made any washing errors. If it were just a couple of small holes, I wouldn't mind, but we're talking about several holes and failing seams. Paying $30 for a shirt that doesn't last is very disappointing. It's unfortunate because I liked the brand and was considering more purchases, but I can't recommend them given this quality.

Delivery Service Issues

Beware of This Store

This shop is a scam. They showcase high-quality items but send cheap products instead. I've been in contact with them, but they are only offering a partial refund instead of a full one. I regret not checking reviews beforehand. I strongly advise against shopping with them; it's unacceptable what they're doing.

Not What I Expected

Overcharged for a Shirt

I bought a shirt for $32, but I was charged $50. I immediately contacted them for a refund, providing evidence of the discrepancy. They claim to have 24-hour support, but I’ve sent two emails in four days without a response. I wouldn't recommend this service.
