I ordered a pair of shoes on December 5th, and they were marked as delivered on January 2nd, but I never got them. When I reached out to customer service, they insisted it was marked delivered and told me to check my mailbox again. I live in an apartment complex, and if I had received a package, I would have been given a key for the package mailbox. It seems the delivery service sent my package back and forth multiple times before marking it as delivered. Now, they refuse to issue a refund or send a replacement.
