We had a viewing regarding a summerhouse on Fanø and Nybolig Fanø assisted. After the visit we showed our strong interest and agreed on a next visit 3 weeks later as we had to organise travels from Copenhagen. We agreed as well that Kristin the owner of Nybolig would give us a call if someone else would want to buy the house. Last weekend after traveling from Copenhagen we were waiting in front of the house for our appointment. And nobody showed up. After we called Nybolig Fanø and it turned out that they had forgotten the appointment and the house was sold in the meantime. To our understanding absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. They could at least have called us before to avoid unnecessary traveling. And not to speak of efforts spent in talking to banks and building experts.
