We had an excellent experience with Dorthe from Nybolig. She was extremely well prepared for the viewing and guided us through the entire property in a very professional and friendly manner. She explained everything clearly, knew all the details about the house, and answered every question we had without hesitation.This has honestly been the best experience we have ever had with a real estate agent. We felt comfortable, well-informed, and confident throughout the whole process. We highly appreciate her professionalism and dedication and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a property.
Booking is simple, the team’s follow up was quick, Lesse did a great intro of the house and he is a friendly person! The flat was very-very clean! The nybolig website is user friendly and easy to navigate. I can tell you it’s a quality service!:) I highly recommend them.
Den værste oplevelse med Nybolig BillundJeg havde den værste oplevelse med Nybolig Billund. En ung salgsmægler, der ankom sent og uforberedt, overdreven ventetid på svar og ikke blev overvåget af salgstræneren. Han var overvældet, og træneren blev bemærket, men var ligeglad med, at han ikke kunne give køberen den rette støtte og ikke kunne mægle i forhandlingerne på en professionel måde. Jeg endte uden huset, fordi jeg ikke behøvede at vente mere end 1 måned, ligesom mig, på grund af deres inkompetence. Desuden var sælgeren grådig og legede med på mægleren - et spil, der efterlod mig blind i mørket, mens jeg ventede på et svar på mit endelige tilbud. Et spil med usynlige regler for den første køber. De rullede den røde løber ud for den anden køber, og jeg blev ignoreret, diskrimineret, hånet, og de givne oplysninger blev overtrådt af en af ejerne af Nybolig Billund-franchisen. I sidste ende var det en masse spild af tid, frustration, vrede og inkompetence på højt niveau! Ingen gjorde noget, og jeg mistede huset... rettigheder, love og principper findes ikke her... Meget skuffet og chokeret over, at den slags er tilladt i Danmark! Hold dig væk fra dette sted... eller held og lykke... Jeg anbefaler ikke denne franchise, ikke engang til min værste fjende!......................................................The worst experience with Nybolig BillundI had the worst experience with Nybolig Billund. A young sales agent who arrived late and unprepared, excessive waiting time for answers and was not supervised by the sales trainer. He was overwhelmed and the trainer was noticed but didn't care that he cannot provide the buyer with the right support and cannot mediate the negotiations in a professional manner. I ended up without the house because I did not have to wait more than 1 month, like me, due to their incompetence. Furthermore, the seller was greedy and played along with the agent - a game that left me blind in the dark waiting for an answer to my final offer. A game with invisible rules for the first buyer. They rolled out the red carpet for the second buyer, and I was ignored, discriminated against, mocked, and the information given was violated by one of the owners of the Nybolig Billund franchise. In the end, it was a lot of waste of time, frustration, anger and high-level incompetence! Nobody did anything and I lost the house... rights, laws and principles do not exist here... Very disappointed and shocked that this kind of thing is allowed in Denmark! Stay away from this place... or good luck... I do not recommend this franchise, not even to my worst enemy!
We had a viewing regarding a summerhouse on Fanø and Nybolig Fanø assisted. After the visit we showed our strong interest and agreed on a next visit 3 weeks later as we had to organise travels from Copenhagen. We agreed as well that Kristin the owner of Nybolig would give us a call if someone else would want to buy the house. Last weekend after traveling from Copenhagen we were waiting in front of the house for our appointment. And nobody showed up. After we called Nybolig Fanø and it turned out that they had forgotten the appointment and the house was sold in the meantime. To our understanding absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. They could at least have called us before to avoid unnecessary traveling. And not to speak of efforts spent in talking to banks and building experts.
