The limo was on time, no complaints there, but they sent the wrong car. I requested a black Mercedes and got a white stretch limo. While we were in church taking pictures, my sister went to tell the driver we are running 15 min late. The driver asked her for a credit card because the one on file declined..!! I'm sorry but you do not ask for a credit card the day of the wedding in the middle of our photo session. These things should be taken care of prior to the event. Very unprofessional.
Yes, our ceremony ran late, but they should not have charged us one hour extra saying that the driver was late to his next engagement. Why would you book events back to back.. It's a wedding, things happen, we were at most 30 min late. Anyways, after my husband got on the phone with the company, we were given back most of the additional charge they took. It was just aggravating. Limo companies need to learn to make the experience better.
