Review Time
We booked a limo to take us from Newark Airport to our hotel in Manhattan. This was a surprise for our children, who were absolutely thrilled. Our flight had been delayed in London & we were nearly 4 hours behind schedule. Archi at NY City Limo was so helpful in arranging for our pick up to still happen as we obviously missed the original arrival time stated. I could not recommend them enough in terms of communication, helpfulness & the quality of the vehicle. The driver was also great & met us at arrivals with no issues.

Booked meet and greet Streched Limmo from Newark. Driver was not there when we arrived. He arrived a little late, with the message "your limmo was in an accident". So we got the SUV in stead. And to top it they gave me refund of only 39 dollars, that I still have not received. The ride was 237 USD. Never have I felt so cheated.
I was very satisfied with the airport transportation provided by NY City Limo. The chauffeur was on time picking us up and a very safe driver. We have had drivers in the past that show up late and then speed to get to the airport scaring us both. This driver was excellent. When we returned we were lucky and had the same driver. I highly recommend this airport transportation service
First of all, the driver was late. Thirty minutes late for an opera evening. Yes, it was a horrible night, snow, ice, slush. Some forgiveness is in order here, but thirty minutes is too much. Traffic was slow, but it was definitely not stalled.
What turned up was a stretch limo. For two. I hate stretch limos. I am not a capo mafioso, and I do not need one. And for two people, it s moronic. Also a very bad vehicle for ice.
The driver was exceedingly polite, could not ask for more. I'd have him as my chauffeur in a minute. Conditions for pick up at Lincoln Center after the opera were horrible, and he made things as easy and pleasant as anyone could have done.
And, in spite of all, we had time for a glass of Champagne before the curtain! I would give this firm another try, but I would be snippy about pick-up. And the damn stretch-limo!
New york city limo is a great service and I am thrilled to recommend them to my peers. It is reasonably priced and they are willing to work with their customers to ensure the best quality for the given occasion. I will definitely be using them again and I believe anyone else that uses limo services in NYC should select them as well
