I ordered two pairs of jeans to compare sizes and wasn't aware they were coming from the USA, which could be clearer on the site. The jeans arrived within the expected timeframe. Although returning items to the USA is costly, the savings I made on my order outweighed the return shipping. My refund took a bit longer than expected, but that’s understandable given the international return. I appreciate the good customer service.
