I recently bought a pair of coated jeans in size 8, but they turned out to be too large. After starting the return and refund process, I discovered that the refund amount on the return label was £60, while I actually paid £72. The refund does not correspond to the price I paid. Given that I've already reordered two pairs in size 6, which are on their way, I’m frustrated by this inconsistency. It doesn’t meet the level of customer service I expect from a brand with this reputation. I hope this oversight will be resolved quickly.
