I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. Over several months, I reached out multiple times regarding my hair while using the company’s products. Despite trying the entire range, I saw no results. I also sought guidance on consulting a trichologist but received no substantial feedback. As someone who supports Black-owned businesses, this experience is particularly disheartening. This has been the worst customer service I've encountered, marked by poor communication and a lack of concern for customer wellbeing. I hope this review prompts the business to take customer feedback more seriously and respond appropriately to hair-related concerns.
