Despite trying the entire range, I saw no results. I also sought guidance on consulting a trichologist but received no substantial feedback. As someone who supports Black-owned businesses, this experience is particularly disheartening. This has been the worst customer service I've encountered, marked by poor communication and a lack of concern for customer wellbeing. I hope this review prompts the business to take customer feedback more seriously and respond appropriately to hair-related concerns.

As a Black scientist, I wanted the best for my grandchildren. I found this brand's hair products and decided to purchase a bundle for my son’s family.
