Like many others, I discovered this brand through a popular show. I chose it to support Black-owned businesses. I find their products care for my hair beautifully and have a lovely scent. After a few initial hiccups with incorrect and lost items, I tried another brand but quickly returned to this one. To their credit, the company resolved all my issues satisfactorily, reflecting well on their customer service. I would recommend them to others.
