I had previously used this brand's serum without issues, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I received a discolored bottle and was told a replacement would be sent after I returned the unopened product. After paying for signed delivery, I returned it, but instead of a replacement or refund, I received the same discolored bottle back in an unmarked box. This left me frustrated and without the promised resolution. The communication was repetitive and dismissive, making this a regrettable experience.
