Wasted Money!! Not impressed at all. I purchased a brow pencil online in expresso. I've had one in the colour expresso before but thought i would try the mirco version only to find out they are different colours. NYX customer service are not helpful or apologetic! This is so misleading to customers yet they just blame the (regular pro artist) customer for not studying the colour swatches! How easy would it be to just choose a different name for a different shade! Come on NYX! Wasted money on a brand new product i cannot use!
