Nyx buttemelt bronzer crumbled very easily and so does the blusher, therefore you end up wasting it because it goes everywhere. I did purchase twice to give it another chance incase it was a faulty batch,but would not waste my money again as yet again same result. I leave all my make-up in my case at home as I cannot redo in work, I would somewhat understand if it had been in my bag, my boots bronzer has never done that even when I put in my case for holidays. I reported to Nyx via email I did not request a replacement but to make them aware as I cannot be the first this has happened too Nyx were not interested, they should listen to what their clients experiences with their products are like whether good or bad.
I've never purchased NYX cosmetics before and I never will again based on the fact that the micro brow pencil does not do what they said on their packaging that it would do. The packaging stated brake resistant, smudge resistant, waterproof, all day wear. It not only smudged but it actually wiped off! Very disappointed in the product that cost over $13. I won't be trying anymore of their product
I bought a foundation of theirs from Walmart that was too light for me and they don’t sell the item on their website anymore. Frustrating. Also the virtual try on doesn’t work in their website. I have bought good products from them so I might try again.
Quality is garbage nowadays. I bought a new epic ink liner and it was dry. Wasn't able to draw with the eyeliner even once. I thought I just had a bad luck and bought another one. What a surprise, another dry one. I tried to contact their customer service, but they completely ignored me.I used to love this eyeliner, but now it's unusable! I don't recommend this brand to anyone anymore!
Wasted Money!! Not impressed at all. I purchased a brow pencil online in expresso. I've had one in the colour expresso before but thought i would try the mirco version only to find out they are different colours. NYX customer service are not helpful or apologetic! This is so misleading to customers yet they just blame the (regular pro artist) customer for not studying the colour swatches! How easy would it be to just choose a different name for a different shade! Come on NYX! Wasted money on a brand new product i cannot use!
I’ve been using the lash serum for a while now and the results are amazing. I had to contact customer service recently and spoke to Krissy who went above and beyond. I’ll be definitely trying other products now as really appreciate good customer support. Thank you ☺️
I bought Nyx lip pencil crayon a levres cabaret. It had a sultry shade of dark purple on the very end of the pencil, but when I bought it and used it for the very first time, it was a vibrant color of dark pink. Gorgeous but not what I was buying, frankly I was disappointed and I'm not going to keep it. I should have found a tester before I bought it but I didn't, and I know finding the exact color to match can be hard but this was very misleading. It was not worth the money, but we all make our mistakes. Though, I'm very satisfied with the Epic Inc Liner I bought, water proof and has definitely been a game changer for my makeup looks.
I loooove their matte lipsticks, I found them the best for me, I like the colors and they last so long. I’ve been using them for many years now.I didn’t like their makeup photo finish primer though, it doesn’t absorb very well on my skin, though it gives a nice blurry look to it. I may try to use it instead of foundation.
