No wonder they don't encourage their customers to use trustpilot!They lost my order: it was so hard to contact them to ask them about it, sometimes their phonelines are just off during the day. Eventually they admitted (email) that they lost it, and said I would get a refund. Guess what? 3 weeks later, no refund. They say they can't deal with my complaint now, can I call back. Will I ever get my refund? They invite you to leave a review and then if its a bad one, they just reject it! Just improve your service, guys!
