I wish I had read these reviews before using this company- absolutely dreadful. They say they can do same day if you order before 1pm but that is a lie. I ordered 36 white roses as a beautiful condolence bunch for delivery the next day. I didn't get a confirmation email and had to request one the next day. I asked them at the same time to confirm that they would keep their word and deliver that day. They said it might be difficult and offered an upgrade of chocolates for delayed the deliver by a day. I said no thanks, I don't want chocolates for a condolence gift, please just deliver the flowers on time, as their online booking had offered me. They said they would get them delivered the same day. Of course that didn't happen and now the flower is with 'NZ post' going from Auckland to Hamilton so goodness knows when they will turn up. No one has replied to my email yesterday nor on online chat today. I would strongly advise against this company and will report them to trading standards for fraudulent advertising. Please never use this company.
