This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My order arrived completely wrong, not just a small mistake, but nothing was correct. I expected that contacting the company would sort it out quickly, but instead I’ve been met with total silence. I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and emailed, yet I have not received a single reply.It is unbelievable that a business can take someone’s money, deliver the wrong items, and then completely ignore every attempt to fix the issue. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer care is shocking. I’m now having to chase them for a refund that should have been processed immediately.In my opinion, this company does not value its customers at all. If this is how they handle mistakes, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. No one should have to go through this much effort just to get what they paid for, or to get their money back when the business gets it wrong.I am extremely disappointed and will be dealing with this in person if they continue to ignore me. Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this business. They have also now blocked my number.
