I ordered birthday designer collection flowers on Friday afternoon expecting delivery on Saturday or at the lastest on Monday as described on the website, for a special occasion on Monday. The flowers were not delivered until Tuesday and were not at all like the flowers on the website. The bouquet was wilted and less than average to look at, certainly did not have the 'wow' factor as the website showed.
A person from the company rang me at approx 6am in Australia from NZ (approx 9am NZ time) to say the flowers could not be delivered on Saturday but would only be delivered Tuesday. This is contrary to what is stated on the website. No explanation was given except delivery would only happen on Tuesday.
I am very disappointed with the flowers and the website is not clear in stating the origin of the flowers is Auckland and that a courier is used to deliver the flowers.
