Ordered the delicate elegance supersize bouquet at $89.95 which should have been white roses, pink and white alstroemeria, white asters, and seasonal greenery and got 9 red gerberas sent. Just the stems not in an arrangement. There was no attempt to substitute for like flowers as they state in there order & return policy or any contact to say they couldn’t fulfil the order (also in their order & return policy). Very disappointing. I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering.
