The most horrible experience ever. They sent it to the wrong location and haven't even found my parcel for a MONTH now and all they are saying it to wait and that they are trying their best. They have only just sent a search now that I am calling like 10 times. They still havent found it and their help centre is just absolute rage bait. They hang up mid call and dont give you the details or information about your product properly because they just dont want to accept the fact that they lost my product. All they say is to ask the sender not themselves! when they are the ones who wrongly delivered my parcel!!! NEVER USE NZ COURIERS
