They threw my package onto my front lawn at 7.20 am this morning, instead of putting it into my very large mail box. It rained during the day but I had no idea my package was out there, as no email or text alerts came through to tell me package had been delivered. Someone in my family happened to see it outside at about 4pm. It was a very small package and could easily have got lost as well as very wet. Very angry and disappointed that they didn't treat my package with respect.

I have been awaiting a parcel to be delivered but it was delivered to the wrong address (which I have photographic evidence for). Called up the customer service and they said they would get the driver to uplift the parcel to deliver it to the correct address and am still waiting. Contacted the customer service again which I got the reply that the driver said they delivered to the correct address which is false as no one has come to my door or put it in the letterbox.
I paid to have something sent from Auckland to Wellington. I checked to see that it had arrived the following day in Wellington and it was "out for delivery" with 'Courier 422'. Nothing arrived that day and the following day, at 4pm in the afternoon it had still not arrived. I rang NZC and got put through to Christchurch. I asked where the parcel was, and I was told they didn't know as the people in Christchurch couldn't speak to the Wellington Drivers. They are really frustrating to deal with and customers are regarded as an interruption to a peaceful life.
The most horrible experience ever. They sent it to the wrong location and haven't even found my parcel for a MONTH now and all they are saying it to wait and that they are trying their best. They have only just sent a search now that I am calling like 10 times. They still havent found it and their help centre is just absolute rage bait. They hang up mid call and dont give you the details or information about your product properly because they just dont want to accept the fact that they lost my product. All they say is to ask the sender not themselves! when they are the ones who wrongly delivered my parcel!!! NEVER USE NZ COURIERS
NZ Couriers are useless, just like their useless mate Posthaste. My parcel was scanned in my town @8.42am for delivery. NZ Couriers supposedly gave it to Post Haste to deliver, but neither of them bothered to deliver it that day. When I inquired, NZ Couriers then claimed that was because their 2-day Inter Island service actually takes "2 to 3 days" so it would be sitting around in my town for a second day before either of these pathetic muppets actually get around to delivering it!
NZC in Taupo makes me wonder why I would ever think about sending parcels especially overseas by NZPost! Celeste the company representative was exceptional in her service, helpful, friendly and efficient. Recently used the PO What a rigmarole!! Government can’t seem to run anything well yet happy to charge high price. I recommend NZ Courier for your Christmas parcels!!
Last week NZ Couriers sat on an overnight delivery for 6 days contacting no one as they thought the delivery address might be wrong. WHY NOT ASK?Yesterday I booked a pickup using their online system, paid and got a confirmation and a label to print. Now they say the job is not in their system.Later yesterday I booked another pickup using their nline system, paid and got another confirmation nd a label to print. They say that this job is ALSO NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM.They HIDE BEHIND THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF, they have no place to handle complaints which pretty much says it all about their desire to improve
