WHY NOT ASK?Yesterday I booked a pickup using their online system, paid and got a confirmation and a label to print. Now they say the job is not in their system.Later yesterday I booked another pickup using their nline system, paid and got another confirmation nd a label to print. They say that this job is ALSO NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM.They HIDE BEHIND THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF, they have no place to handle complaints which pretty much says it all about their desire to improve
